Moist Towelette

A stalwart member of Seattle's premier DJ crew, Shameless (2005-present), Audio engineer, Dj & a Pride Asia Ambassador; recently sainted Sister Shameless Shalalalala (2026) of Perpetual Indulgence, Abbey of St Joan; Moist Towelette has been a big part of Queer Theater, Cabaret, and Nightlife for over 30 years. While working as resident technical director at legendary nightclub, Re-bar (1991-2020), she has been a witness & participant to innumerable iconic performances and unforgettable parties.

Post 2020, Kremwerk Complex, sought her expertise to run sound. Continuing to meet and work with many up & coming performers, DJs and drag artists through 2023. At the start of 2024, Moist Towelette was tasked by club impresario, Kevin Kauer, to create & lead the A/V department at Massive Club. This new addition to the Seattle Queer Nightlife & Dance Club Scene opened in fall of 2024. Under her guidance and lead as the technical director, Massive Club quickly became the go-to dance club & gathering place for queer folkx on Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Moist Towelette continues to share her sound engineering skills at many local queer establishments such as Wildrose, Pony, & Chop Suey.

She relishes in the weird, fringe, underground & satirical aspects of existence.
